Message from owner

We were raised in a home where hospitality meant everything to us. It was not a matter of money. It was an attitude towards anybody who knocked on our door and wanted to come in, no telephone calls from beforehand to arrange a visit. Anybody, anytime, who stepped into our home would find it clean and tidy and the cupboards full of sweets of the season. The coffee would be prepared immediately and a friendly conversation would begin.

As for the guests that would arrive to stay in our home, my mother would prepare her own bedroom with the best sheets to ensure our guests enjoyed their stay and like it so much they would come back again with delight.

A way of life

This became an experience and a way of life for me. I wanted to put this mentality into practice. And of course, to contribute to the tourist development of my region. I managed to make a dream of life and mentality a reality. So we built a hotel unit as I wanted it, designed and built as if it were our own home, where we would host our own friends, to whom we would prove that the term hospitality and the service provided would exceed their expectations, through a reliable organization of the hotel's operations.

However, because the nature of the hotel's operation is purely human-centered, we ensured a harmonious working environment for our associates out of conviction and built a sincere relationship with them. We adhered to the values they taught us to the fullest, such as honesty with everyone, respect for the guest, integrity towards all parties involved and respect for the environment.

We consider all the mentioned values essential, so that we can move forward as modern society demands. Communication with a smile and warmth, cordial behavior, care for the "HUMAN GUEST" so that we think before him for him. And of course, proof of our professionalism at all times and at all levels, so that we keep our promises, offer alternative solutions, be vigilant for maintaining the safety of our guests and of course ensure the development of a team spirit of cooperation in the hotel, creating a friendly atmosphere for the guests.

Thus, in this way, we manage to put into practice our vision. That is, to become one of the best tourist destinations in Greece and abroad that operates exemplary through reliable management systems, excellent infrastructure, dedicated staff, stable partners, consequently providing the greatest possible added value to all stakeholders and society.
